Meet Tanisha Montanez

Tanisha Montanez has been a dedicated professional in the field of education since 2013. Currently serving as a certified Child Care Director, she specializes in coordinating essential child care services and fostering strong community connections. Her career journey began in afterschool program, where she served as a Group Leader and Site Coordinator, followed by six years of experience as a paraprofessional supporting students in grades 2 through 5.

Since joining Little Rivers Christian Learning Center in 2020, Tanisha has held various pivotal roles, including Parent Ambassador and Lead Teacher. She is deeply passionate about implementing developmentally appropriate practices within the curriculum, mentoring fellow educators, and assisting families through the enrollment process.

 

Outside of her professional career, Tanisha is an active member of Flowing Rivers International Church, where she serves the community through various ministries. She remains committed to partnering with families and educators to ensure a strong foundation for every child’s future academic and personal success.
